I’m currently working midnights on weekends or 3 x 10 hour shifts so my weekends are kind of messed up. I tend to vegitate pretty bad. So I’m hoping this week to at least get out and work on my garden or anything else but sit on my butt.
My plan for this week is to get to the gym at least 2 times and to spend at least 30 minutes each time there. I also cut my grass every week which takes me about 2 to 3 hours to do so I count that as an exercise day which is why I’m only going to go 2 times. As for food which is my biggest problem this week I’m only going to try and cut out my before bed snacks. I’m hoping that if I try and change my eating habits slowly that maybe it will work a little better for me.
