First day of 2018.  My mom always said that time seems to go buy faster the older you get.  I thought she was crazy.  Now I totally understand what she meant.  It seems like a few months ago it was the beginning of 2018.

To start myself off right this year (hopefully I stick with it) I bought myself this really cool calendar.  It has goal setting, places to put exercises and much more.  It even comes with these really cute stickers to put on there to help give motivation.  I’ve got January all set up.  In this journal I put all the bills I owe for the month, my workout challenge exercises for each day and most importantly the rest days…lol.  I leave this open on my desk so I see it every day.

It’s a 28 day challenge and the Facebook page is an amazing support group.  I just hope I can make it through to the end.  Well that is all for today.  I’ll let you know tomorrow how I make out with the first 46 minute video ” Kettlebell Cardio”  Wish me luck!!
